Shipping Policy

Your flowers will be delivered on the date you select in the calendar. In rare cases, your order may arrive earlier than the selected delivery date.

If you didn't select a date, the system will automatically pre-select the earliest delivery date with standard shipping.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

For any issues with your order status, please contact us at hello@real-lasting-flowers.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Delivery Insurance

All orders shipped domestically come with package insurance.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Additional Information & Fraud Verification

Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification. Since we use a Third-Party Verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that has been flagged. Our team will notify the customer by email for any orders that are flagged in our system.

Return Policy

Our preserved flower arrangements are not eligible for returns. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
